Article L1522-3 of the French Labour Code

I.-The provisions of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to the titre emploi-service entreprise and of chapter III of title VII of book II of the first part of this code apply in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

II – The provisions of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to the titre emploi-service entreprises are applicable to Mayotte under the conditions defined inarticle 28-11 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, sickness, maternity, invalidity and death insurance, the financing of social security in Mayotte and the Mayotte social security fund.

I.-Les dispositions de la sous-section 2 de la section 1 du chapitre III bis du livre Ier du code de la sécurité sociale relatives au titre emploi-service entreprise et du chapitre III du titre VII du livre II de la première partie du présent code s’appliquent en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

II.-Les dispositions de la sous-section 2 de la section 1 du chapitre III bis du livre Ier du code de la sécurité sociale relatives au titre emploi-service entreprises sont applicables à Mayotte dans les conditions définies à l’article 28-11 de l’ordonnance n° 96-1122 du 20 décembre 1996 relative à l’amélioration de la santé publique, à l’assurance maladie, maternité, invalidité et décès, au financement de la sécurité sociale à Mayotte et à la caisse de sécurité sociale de Mayotte.
