Article L1522-4 of the French Labour Code

The provisions of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to private individuals who employ childcare workers mentioned in 4° of article L. 133-5-6 of the same code and chapter I of title III of book V of the same code apply in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.

Les dispositions de la sous-section 2 de la section 1 du chapitre III bis du livre Ier du code de la sécurité sociale relatives aux particuliers qui emploient des salariés exerçant une activité de garde d’enfants mentionnés au 4° de l’article L. 133-5-6 du même code et du chapitre Ier du titre III du livre cinquième du même code s’appliquent en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin.
