For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, article L. 1341-1 reads as follows:
“Art. L. 1341-1 -The Poison Control Centre provided for by Article L. 6431-3 shall have access to the composition of any mixture in the exercise of its advisory, care or preventive missions with a view to preventing health effects or responding to any medical request for treatment of conditions caused by these mixtures, particularly in an emergency.
Importers or downstream users of any mixture must provide their composition to the Poison Control Centre as soon as it is requested. They are released from this obligation when the information concerning these mixtures has already been given to the approved body responsible for centralising it.
The compositions collected by the health agency’s poison control centre are transmitted under conditions that ensure their confidentiality to the approved body determined in the previous paragraph.
A decree by the Conseil d’Etat defines the content of the information sent to the poison control centre or approved centre. “
