“Art. L. 1237-5-1-As from the date of publication of Order No. 2017-1491 of 25 October 2017, no collective agreement or arrangement providing for the possibility of compulsory retirement of an employee at an age lower than that set in the second paragraph of Article 6 of Order No. 2002-411 of 27 March 2002 relating to health and social protection in Mayotte may be signed or extended.
“Agreements concluded and extended prior to 1 January 2018, determining compensation in terms of employment or vocational training and setting an age lower than that mentioned in the same paragraph, provided that the employee is entitled to a full-rate old-age pension and that this age is not lower than that set in the first paragraph of Article 6 of the same Ordinance, cease to have effect on 31 December 2021. “
