“Art. L. 1423-1-1 – Subject to the provisions relating to the management section, cases are divided between the sections of the industrial tribunal in accordance with the conditions defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. “

“ Art. L. 1423-1-1.-Sous réserve des dispositions relatives à la section encadrement, les affaires sont réparties entre les sections du conseil des prud’hommes dans des conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’Etat. ”
