Article L1524-3 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles L. 1421-1, L. 1421-2, L. 1421-3 and L. 1425-1 are applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands subject to the following adaptation: for the application of article L. 1421-1, the words: “tribunal de grande instance” are replaced by the words: “tribunal de première instance”.
