Article L1524-9 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article L. 1237-5 in Mayotte:

a) The words: “in 1° of article L. 351-8 of the Social Security Code” are replaced three times by the words: “in the second paragraph of article 6 of order no. 2002-411 of 27 March 2002 relating to health and social protection in Mayotte”;

b) The words: “in the first paragraph of article L. 351-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “in the first paragraph of article 6 of the same order”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article L. 1237-5 :

a) Les mots : “ au 1° de l’article L. 351-8 du code de la sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés à trois reprises par les mots : “ au deuxième alinéa de l’article 6 de l’ordonnance n° 2002-411 du 27 mars 2002 relative à la protection sanitaire et sociale à Mayotte ” ;

b) Les mots : “ au premier alinéa de l’article L. 351-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ au premier alinéa de l’article 6 de la même ordonnance ”.
