Article L1526-5 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 1142-5 in Wallis and Futuna, the first two paragraphs are replaced by the following provisions:

An order of the Minister for Health shall designate the conciliation and compensation commission for victims of medical accidents, iatrogenic disorders and nosocomial infections competent for the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands.

Pour l’application à Wallis-et-Futuna de l’article L. 1142-5, les deux premiers alinéas sont remplacés par les dispositions suivantes :

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé désigne la commission de conciliation et d’indemnisation des victimes d’accidents médicaux, d’affections iatrogènes et d’infections nosocomiales compétente pour le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna.
