Article L1526-6 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 1142-7 in Wallis and Futuna :

1° The first sentence of the first paragraph is replaced by the following provisions:

The matter may be referred to the Commission by any person who considers himself to be the victim of damage attributable to research involving the human person or, where applicable, by his legal representative in the case of a minor.

2° The second paragraph is replaced by the following provisions:

The person must inform the Commission of any benefits received or to be received from third party payers in respect of the damage he or she has suffered.

Pour l’application à Wallis-et-Futuna de l’article L. 1142-7 :

1° La première phrase du premier alinéa est remplacée par les dispositions suivantes :

La commission peut être saisie par toute personne s’estimant victime d’un dommage imputable à une recherche impliquant la personne humaine ou, le cas échéant, par son représentant légal s’il s’agit d’un mineur.

2° Le deuxième alinéa est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

La personne indique à la commission les prestations reçues ou à recevoir de tiers payeurs du chef du dommage qu’elle a subi.
