Article L1527-1 of the French Public Health Code

Unless otherwise provided, for the application of the provisions of this Code to Wallis and Futuna :

1° The reference to the territory replaces that of the region or department;

2° The reference to the senior administrator of the territory replaces that of the representative of the State in the region or department;

3° The reference to the senior administrator of the territory replaces the reference to the director general of the regional health agency;

4° The reference to the departmental maternal and child protection service does not apply;

5° The reference to private health establishments does not apply;

6° The reference to the health agency replaces the provisions referring to health establishments, public health establishments and sanitary establishments;

7° The reference to the health agency’s pharmacy replaces the reference to an in-house pharmacy;

8° The reference to the Wallis and Futuna Islands Health Agency replaces the reference to the Regional Health Agency;

9° The reference to medical biology laboratories does not apply;

10° The reference to coordination support mechanisms and specific regional mechanisms does not apply;

11° The reference to the High Authority for Health is not applicable;

12° References to any provision of Books I and II of Part Six of this Code do not apply, with the exception of those mentioned in Article L. 6431-9;

13° The reference to any social or medico-social establishment or sector is not applicable;

14° The reference to a departmental commission for psychiatric care does not apply;

15° The reference to the court of first instance replaces the reference to the judicial court.

Article L1527-1

Sauf dispositions contraires, pour l’application à Wallis-et-Futuna des dispositions du présent code :

1° La mention du territoire se substitue à celle de la région ou du département ;

2° La mention de l’administrateur supérieur du territoire se substitue à celle du représentant de l’Etat dans la région ou dans le département ;

3° La mention de l’administrateur supérieur du territoire se substitue à celle de directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé ;

4° La référence au service départemental de protection maternelle et infantile n’est pas applicable ;

5° La référence aux établissements de santé privés n’est pas applicable ;

6° La mention de l’agence de santé se substitue aux dispositions mentionnant les établissements de santé, les établissements de santé publics et les établissements sanitaires ;

7° La mention de la pharmacie de l’agence de santé se substitue à celle de pharmacie à usage intérieur ;

8° La mention de l’Agence de santé des îles Wallis et Futuna se substitue à celle de l’Agence régionale de santé ;

9° La référence aux laboratoires de biologie médicale n’est pas applicable ;

10° La référence aux dispositifs d’appui à la coordination et aux dispositifs spécifiques régionaux n’est pas applicable ;

11° La référence à la Haute Autorité de santé n’est pas applicable ;

12° La référence à toute disposition des livres Ier et II de la sixième partie du présent code n’est pas applicable, à l’exception de celles mentionnées à l’article L. 6431-9 ;

13° La référence à tout établissement ou secteur social ou médico-social n’est pas applicable ;

14° La référence à une commission départementale des soins psychiatriques n’est pas applicable ;

15° La mention du tribunal de première instance se substitue à la mention du tribunal judiciaire.
