Article L1532-2 of the French Public Health Code

Articles L. 1221-3 to L. 1221-7 , article L. 1222-9, the second to fourth and penultimate paragraphs of article L. 1221-10 and article L. 1221-10-2, solely insofar as it concerns the structures mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 1221-10, of Title II of Book II of this Part are applicable, subject to the adaptations of articles L. 1532-3 and L. 1532-4 in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands.

Article L. 1221-10 is applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands in the version resulting from Law no. 2023-703 of 1st August 2023 relating to military programming for the years 2024 to 2030 and containing various provisions concerning defence.

Article L. 1221-10-2 is applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Lands in the version resulting from the aforementioned Law no. 2023-703 of 1st August 2023.

Article L1532-2

Les articles L. 1221-3 à L. 1221-7 , l’article L. 1222-9, les deuxième à quatrième et avant-dernier alinéas de l’article L. 1221-10 et l’article L. 1221-10-2, uniquement en tant qu’il concerne les structures mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 1221-10, du titre II du livre II de la présente partie sont applicables, sous réserve des adaptations des articles L. 1532-3 et L. 1532-4 dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises.

L’article L. 1221-10 y est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2023-703 du 1er août 2023 relative à la programmation militaire pour les années 2024 à 2030 et portant diverses dispositions intéressant la défense.
