Processing, importing, exporting, distributing, transferring or using an element or product of the human body in breach of the provisions adopted in application of article L. 1532-1 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.

Le fait de transformer, d’importer, d’exporter, de distribuer, de céder ou d’utiliser un élément ou produit du corps humain en violation des dispositions prises en application de l’article L. 1532-1 est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30000 euros d’amende.
