Chapter IV: Criminal provisions.

The following provisions of Book I of this Part shall apply in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories: 1° Articles L. 1128-1 and L. 1128-2 ; 2° Chapter III of Title III ; 3° Articles L. 1115-1 and L. 1115-2.

With the exception of articles L. 1271-1, L. 1271-7 and L. 1271-8, the provisions of Chapter I of Title VII of Book II of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories. Chapters II, III and IV of Title VII of Book II of this Part are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.

Processing, importing, exporting, distributing, transferring or using an element or product of the human body in breach of the provisions adopted in application of article L. 1532-1 is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros.

Articles L. 1336-5 to L. 1336-9 of this code are applicable in the French Southern and Antarctic Territories.
