Article L1541-1 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter, the Preliminary Chapter of Title I of Book I of this Part, with the exception of Articles L. 1110-1-1, L. 1110-6, L. 1110-7 and L. 1110-11, shall apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.

Articles L. 1110-4-1, L. 1110-8 and L. 1110-12 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the wording resulting from Law no. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016, and subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter.

Article L. 1110-4 is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Article L1541-1

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre, le chapitre préliminaire du titre Ier du livre Ier de la présente partie, à l’exception des articles L. 1110-1-1, L. 1110-6, L. 1110-7 et L. 1110-11, est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française.

Les articles L. 1110-4-1, L. 1110-8 et L. 1110-12 sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016, et sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

L’article L. 1110-4 est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.
