Article L1542-2 of the French Public Health Code

Article L. 1220-1 and Chapter I of Title II of Book II of this Part are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, with the exception of articles L. 1221-2, L. 1221-8-2, L. 1221-9, L. 1221-10-1, and L. 1221-13, and subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter.

Article L. 1221-5 is applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Article L. 1221-10 is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2023-703 of 1st August 2023 relating to military programming for the years 2024 to 2030 and containing various provisions concerning defence.

Article L. 1221-10-2 is applicable there in the version resulting from the aforementioned Law no. 2023-703 of 1st August 2023, only insofar as it concerns the structures mentioned in 1° and 2° of Article L. 1221-10.

L’article L. 1220-1 et le chapitre Ier du titre II du livre II de la présente partie sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, à l’exception des articles L. 1221-2, L. 1221-8-2, L. 1221-9, L. 1221-10-1, et L. 1221-13, et sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.

L’article L. 1221-5 est applicable en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2021-1017 du 2 août 2021.

L’article L. 1221-10 est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2023-703 du 1er août 2023 relative à la programmation militaire pour les années 2024 à 2030 et portant diverses dispositions intéressant la défense.

L’article L. 1221-10-2 y est applicable dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2023-703 du 1er août 2023 précitée, uniquement en tant qu’il concerne les structures mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 1221-10.
