Article L1542-3 of the French Public Health Code

For their application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia:

1° In Article L. 1221-3, the words: “under conditions laid down by decree” do not apply ;

2° In article L. 1221-4, the last paragraph is not applicable.

2° bis In Article L. 1221-10, the first paragraph, the third paragraph and the last paragraph do not apply and, in the penultimate paragraph, the words: “1° to 3°” are replaced by the words: “1° and 2°”;

3° In Article L. 1221-11, the words “substances mentioned in Article L. 1221-2” are replaced by the words “human blood or its components for therapeutic use”.

Pour leur application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française :

1° A l’article L. 1221-3, les mots : ” dans des conditions fixées par décret ” ne sont pas applicables ;

2° A l’article L. 1221-4, le dernier alinéa n’est pas applicable.

2° bis A l’article L. 1221-10, le premier alinéa, le 3° et le dernier alinéa ne sont pas applicables et, à l’avant-dernier alinéa, les mots : “ 1° à 3° ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ 1° et 2° ” ;

3° A l’article L. 1221-11, les mots : ” substances mentionnées à l’article L. 1221-2 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” du sang humain ou de ses composants en vue d’un usage thérapeutique “.
