Article L1543-2 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, article L. 1271-1 is replaced by the following provisions:

Art.L. 1271-1 – Carrying out blood transfusion-related activities without holding the authorisations provided for in article L. 1221-12 or in breach of the requirements set out in the authorisations is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 75,000 euros.

Pour son application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française, l’article L. 1271-1 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

Art.L. 1271-1.-Le fait de procéder aux activités liées à la transfusion sanguine, sans être titulaire des autorisations prévues à l’article L. 1221-12 ou en violation des prescriptions fixées par autorisations, est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 euros d’amende.
