Chapters II to IV of Title VII of Book II of this Part shall apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations provided for in this Article.
Articles L. 1272-2 and L. 1272-4 are applicable in French Polynesia in the version resulting from Law no. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.
Article L. 1273-3 is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from the same law.
