Regardless of the number of events that occur during the term of the whole-body insurance policy, the insurer guarantees up to the amount of the sum insured for each event, with the exception of the insurer’s right to request an additional premium from the insured after each event as part of a reconstitution of cover.

Quel que soit le nombre d’événements survenus pendant la durée de la police d’assurance sur corps, l’assureur garantit pour chaque événement jusqu’au montant du capital assuré, sauf le droit pour l’assureur de demander après chaque événement un complément de prime à l’assuré dans le cadre d’une reconstitution de garantie.
