Article L2112-2-1 of the French Public Health Code

Doctors in maternal and child protection services work with health centres and health centres to implement the pathway referred to in 7° of article L. 6323-1-1 and in the last paragraph of article L. 6323-3. To this end, they may refer the child’s parents or legal representative to the health centres or health centres offering such a pathway.

Article L2112-2-1

Les médecins des services de protection maternelle et infantile collaborent avec les centres de santé et les maisons de santé pour la mise en œuvre du parcours mentionné au 7° de l’article L. 6323-1-1 et au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 6323-3. A ce titre, ils peuvent orienter les parents ou le représentant légal de l’enfant vers les centres de santé ou les maisons de santé proposant un tel parcours.
