Article L2112-8 of the French Public Health Code

The early medical and social action centres referred to in article L. 2132-4 are funded by an annual global grant, 80% of which is paid by the health insurance schemes and the remainder by the département. By way of derogation from the first paragraph of this article, the health insurance schemes fund all expenditure relating to the pathway mentioned in article L. 2135-1 and, where applicable, the pathway mentioned in article L. 2136-1.

Article L2112-8

Le financement des centres d’action médico-sociale précoce mentionnés à l’article L. 2132-4 est assuré par une dotation globale annuelle à la charge des régimes d’assurance maladie pour 80 % de son montant et du département pour le solde. Par dérogation au premier alinéa du présent article, les régimes d’assurance maladie financent l’intégralité des dépenses relatives au parcours mentionné à l’article L. 2135-1 et, le cas échéant, au parcours mentionné à l’article L. 2136-1.
