Article L212-10-8 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

If an application for authorisation is rejected on substantive grounds by the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique, no new application may be submitted by the same applicant, for the same project and on the same plot of land, for a period of one year from the date of the national commission’s decision.

En cas de rejet pour un motif de fond de la demande d’autorisation par la Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique, il ne peut être déposé de nouvelle demande par le même pétitionnaire, pour un même projet et sur le même terrain, pendant une période d’un an à compter de la date de la décision de la commission nationale.
