In the event that the mayor’s interests conflict with those of the commune, the town council shall appoint another of its members to represent the commune, either in court or in contracts.

Dans le cas où les intérêts du maire se trouvent en opposition avec ceux de la commune, le conseil municipal désigne un autre de ses membres pour représenter la commune, soit en justice, soit dans les contrats.
