Without prejudice to the direct recourse available to it, if a natural or legal person is injured by an act mentioned in articles L. 2131-2 and L. 2131-3, it may, within two months of the date on which the act became enforceable, request the representative of the State in the department to implement the procedure provided for in Article L. 2131-6.
For the acts mentioned in article L. 2131-2, this request may not have the effect of extending the period for contentious appeal available to the representative of the State in the department pursuant to article L. 2131-6.
Where the request concerns an act mentioned in article L. 2131-3, the representative of the State in the department may refer the act in question to the administrative court within two months of its referral by the injured natural or legal person.
