Article L2134-2 of the French Labour Code

The use of trade union brands or labels may not have the effect of undermining the provisions of articles L. 2141-5 to L. 2141-8.

Any agreement or provision tending to oblige the employer to hire or retain in his service only members of the trade union that owns the mark or label is null and void.
