The Autorité des marchés financiers may obtain from the depositary, on simple request, all information obtained in the performance of its duties and necessary for the performance of its tasks.

If the AIF is authorised or registered with another authority or if the management company has its registered office in another Member State or in a third country, the Autorité des marchés financiers shall immediately communicate the information received to the competent authorities responsible for the AIF or the management company.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers peut obtenir du dépositaire, sur simple demande, toutes les informations obtenues dans l’exercice de ses fonctions et nécessaires à l’exercice des missions de cette autorité.

Si le FIA est agréé ou enregistré auprès d’une autre autorité ou si la société de gestion a son siège social dans un autre Etat membre ou un pays tiers, l’Autorité des marchés financiers communique sans délai les informations reçues aux autorités compétentes dont relève le FIA ou la société de gestion.
