General-purpose investment funds take the form either of open-ended investment companies known as “SICAVs”, or of unit trusts.

General-purpose investment funds may comprise different classes of units or shares under conditions set by the fund rules or the SICAV’s articles of association, in accordance with the general regulations of the Autorité des marchés financiers.

Les fonds d’investissement à vocation générale prennent la forme soit de sociétés d’investissement à capital variable dites ” SICAV “, soit de fonds communs de placement.

Les fonds d’investissement à vocation générale peuvent comprendre différentes catégories de parts ou d’actions dans des conditions fixées par le règlement du fonds ou les statuts de la SICAV, selon les prescriptions du règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers.
