Article L214-24-58 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The feeder general-purpose investment fund shall enter into an information exchange agreement with the master AIF or UCITS. However, this agreement may be replaced by internal conduct of business rules when the master AIF or UCITS and the feeder general-purpose investment fund are managed by the same management company.

When the master AIF or UCITS temporarily suspends subscriptions or redemptions of its units or shares pursuant to Articles L. 214-24-33 or L. 214-24-41, the feeder general-purpose investment fund may suspend subscriptions or redemptions of its own units or shares for the same period as the master AIF or UCITS.

The General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers shall specify the conditions of application of this article.

Article L214-24-58

Le fonds d’investissement à vocation générale nourricier conclut un accord d’échange d’informations avec le FIA ou l’OPCVM maître. Cet accord peut toutefois être remplacé par des règles de conduite internes lorsque le FIA ou l’OPCVM maître et le fonds d’investissement à vocation générale nourricier sont gérés par la même société de gestion.

Lorsque le FIA ou l’OPCVM maître suspend à titre provisoire les souscriptions ou les rachats de ses parts ou actions en application des articles L. 214-24-33 ou L. 214-24-41, le fonds d’investissement à vocation générale nourricier peut suspendre les souscriptions ou les rachats de ses propres parts ou actions pendant une durée identique à celle du FIA ou de l’OPCVM maître.

Le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers précise les conditions d’application du présent article.
