Article L2141-13 of the French Public Health Code

The detailed rules for the application of this chapter are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, and in particular :

1° The procedures for applying Article L. 2141-6 and in particular the activities subject to the authorisation provided for in the last paragraph of this Article;

2° The health safety rules to which the implementation of medically assisted procreation is subject;

3° The conditions for authorising the import and export of gametes and germ tissue mentioned in article L. 2141-11-1.

Article L2141-13

Les modalités d’application du présent chapitre sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, et notamment :

1° Les modalités d’application de l’article L. 2141-6 et notamment les activités soumises à l’autorisation prévue par le dernier alinéa de cet article ;

2° Les règles de sécurité sanitaire auxquelles est subordonnée la mise en oeuvre de l’assistance médicale à la procréation ;

3° Les conditions d’autorisation des activités d’importation et d’exportation de gamètes et de tissus germinaux mentionnées à l’article L. 2141-11-1.
