Article L2143-9 of the French Public Health Code

The terms and conditions for the application of this chapter are determined by a decree of the Conseil d’Etat issued after consultation with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, in particular:

1° The nature of the non-identifying data mentioned in 1° to 6° of I of article L. 2143-3;

2° The procedures for collecting the identity of children provided for in II of the same article L. 2143-3;

3° The nature of the documents to be attached to the request mentioned in article L. 2143-5;

4° The composition and operation of the commission mentioned in article L. 2143-6.

Article L2143-9

Les modalités d’application du présent chapitre sont déterminées par un décret en Conseil d’Etat pris après avis de la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, notamment :

1° La nature des données non identifiantes mentionnées aux 1° à 6° du I de l’article L. 2143-3 ;

2° Les modalités du recueil de l’identité des enfants prévu au II du même article L. 2143-3 ;

3° La nature des pièces à joindre à la demande mentionnée à l’article L. 2143-5 ;

4° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 2143-6.
