Article L2161-1 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in Article 511-20 of the French Penal Code, reproduced below:

“The act of carrying out prenatal diagnosis without having received the authorisation referred to in article L. 2131-1 of the Public Health Code is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €30,000. “
