Article L2162-2 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in Article 511-16 of the French Penal Code, reproduced below:

“Obtaining human embryos without complying with the conditions set out in Articles L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-6 of the Public Health Code is punishable by seven years’ imprisonment and a fine of €100,000. “
