As stated in Article 511-16 of the French Penal Code, reproduced below:
“Obtaining human embryos without complying with the conditions set out in Articles L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-6 of the Public Health Code is punishable by seven years’ imprisonment and a fine of €100,000. “
Comme il est dit à l’article 511-16 du code pénal ci-après reproduit :
” Le fait d’obtenir des embryons humains sans respecter les conditions prévues aux articles L. 2141-5 et L. 2141-6 du code de la santé publique est puni de sept ans d’emprisonnement et de 100 000 euros d’amende. “
