As stated in article 511-24 of the French Penal Code , reproduced below:
“The act of carrying out medically assisted procreation activities for purposes other than those defined in article L. 2141-2 of the Public Health Code is punishable by five years’ imprisonment and a fine of 75,000 euros. “
Comme il est dit à l’ article 511- 24 du code pénal ci- après reproduit :
” Le fait de procéder à des activités d’assistance médicale à la procréation à des fins autres que celles définies à l’ article L. 2141-2 du code de la santé publique est puni de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 euros d’amende. “
