Article L2163-8 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in Article 511-19-3 of the French Criminal Code, reproduced below:

Art. 511-19-3: Importing or exporting embryonic stem cells for research purposes without having obtained the authorisation referred to in Article L. 2151-8 of the Public Health Code is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 Euros.

Comme il est dit à l’article 511-19-3 du code pénal ci-après reproduit :

Art. 511-19-3.-Est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 30 000 Euros d’amende le fait d’importer ou d’exporter, à des fins de recherche, des cellules souches embryonnaires sans avoir obtenu l’autorisation mentionnée à l’article L. 2151-8 du code de la santé publique.
