Article L2172-5 of the French Public procurement code

When purchasing temporary buildings, buyers may not exclude temporary buildings that have been reconditioned for re-use, provided that their quality and safety levels are equal to those of new buildings of the same type. They shall take into account the energy and environmental impact of the construction throughout its lifetime.

Lorsqu’ils achètent des constructions temporaires, les acheteurs ne peuvent exclure les constructions temporaires ayant fait l’objet d’un reconditionnement pour réemploi, sous réserve que leurs niveaux de qualité et de sécurité soient égaux à ceux des constructions neuves de même type. Ils tiennent compte des incidences énergétiques et environnementales de la construction sur toute sa durée de vie.
