Article L22-10-13 of the French Commercial code

Companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market shall publish on their website information on the agreements referred to in article L. 225-38 at the latest when they are concluded.

Any interested party may ask the president of the court ruling in summary proceedings to enjoin the board of directors to publish this information, if necessary subject to a fine.

The list of this information is set by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Les sociétés dont les actions sont admises aux négociations sur un marché réglementé publient sur leur site internet des informations sur les conventions mentionnées à l’article L. 225-38 au plus tard au moment de la conclusion de celles-ci.

Toute personne intéressée peut demander au président du tribunal statuant en référé d’enjoindre, le cas échéant sous astreinte, au conseil d’administration de publier ces informations.

La liste de ces informations est fixée par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
