In companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, the allocation of options giving the right to subscribe for or purchase shares to a corporate officer pursuant to Article L. 225-185 is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in articles L. 22-10-8, L. 22-10-26 or L. 22-10-76.
