The delegation from each of the representative organisations involved in negotiations in the company comprises the organisation’s trade union delegate in the company or, where there is more than one delegate, at least two trade union delegates.
Each organisation may supplement its delegation with employees from the company, the number of which is set by agreement between the employer and all the organisations mentioned in the first paragraph. In the absence of an agreement, the number of employees who complete the delegation is at most equal, per delegation, to the number of union delegates in the delegation. However, in companies with only one trade union delegate, this number may be increased to two.
