Article L2232-31 of the French Labour Code

The group agreement is negotiated and concluded between :

– on the one hand, the employer of the dominant undertaking or one or more representatives, authorised for this purpose, of the employers of the undertakings concerned by the scope of the agreement ;

– on the other hand, the representative employee trade union organisations in the group or in all the undertakings concerned by the scope of the agreement.

La convention ou l’accord de groupe est négocié et conclu entre :

– d’une part, l’employeur de l’entreprise dominante ou un ou plusieurs représentants, mandatés à cet effet, des employeurs des entreprises concernées par le champ de la convention ou de l’accord ;

– d’autre part, les organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives dans le groupe ou dans l’ensemble des entreprises concernées par le champ de la convention ou de l’accord.
