The territorial scope of application of branch agreements and professional agreements may be national, regional or local.

Unless otherwise specified, the term “branch agreement” refers to the collective agreement and branch agreements, professional agreements and inter-branch agreements.

Le champ d’application territorial des conventions de branches et des accords professionnels peut être national, régional ou local.

Sauf disposition contraire, les termes “ convention de branche ” désignent la convention collective et les accords de branche, les accords professionnels et les accords interbranches.
