Each participant has one vote at the general meeting of the workers’ cooperative.
The articles of association may, however, allocate several votes to participants, depending on the amount of their salary, within the limit of a maximum figure equal to as many votes as the annual salary of the person concerned, established on the accounts closed at the end of the previous financial year, includes times the figure for the lowest salary allocated by the company to employees aged over eighteen.
The articles of association may provide that the participants are divided into colleges each grouping a category of personnel, each college electing its representative(s) and that the agreement of each college, by majorities which the articles of association specify, is required for the amendment of the cooperative’s articles of association and other decisions listed by the articles of association.
