Article L2262-10 of the French Labour Code

Where an action arising out of the agreement or arrangement is brought either by a person or by an organisation or grouping, any organisation or grouping with legal standing, whose members are bound by the agreement or arrangement, may always intervene in the proceedings brought, by reason of the collective interest which the resolution of the dispute may represent for its members.

Lorsqu’une action née de la convention ou de l’accord est intentée soit par une personne, soit par une organisation ou un groupement, toute organisation ou tout groupement ayant la capacité d’agir en justice, dont les membres sont liés par la convention ou l’accord, peut toujours intervenir à l’instance engagée, à raison de l’intérêt collectif que la solution du litige peut présenter pour ses membres.
