Article L2281-6 of the French Labour Code

Where an agreement on the right of expression exists, the employer shall call a meeting, at least once every three years, with the representative trade union organisations in order to examine the results of this agreement and shall initiate its renegotiation at the request of a representative trade union organisation.

Lorsqu’un accord sur le droit d’expression existe, l’employeur provoque une réunion, au moins une fois tous les trois ans, avec les organisations syndicales représentatives en vue d’examiner les résultats de cet accord et engage sa renégociation à la demande d’une organisation syndicale représentative.
