Article L231-5-1 of the French Sports Code

Sports federations cooperate in the fight against doping with international federations and national anti-doping organisations. To this end, either spontaneously or at the request of the French Anti-Doping Agency, they provide it with any information necessary for it to carry out its duties.

Through the regulations they issue, they ensure the effectiveness of the decisions taken by the French Anti-Doping Agency in application of Section 4 of Chapter II of this Title and the prohibitions provided for in the second paragraph of Article L. 232-15-1 and the first paragraph of Article L. 232-17.

Article L231-5-1

Les fédérations sportives coopèrent en matière de lutte contre le dopage avec les fédérations internationales et les organisations nationales antidopage. A ce titre, spontanément ou à la demande de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, elles lui communiquent toute information nécessaire à l’exercice de ses missions.

Par les règlements qu’elles édictent, elles assurent l’effectivité des décisions prises par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage en application de la section 4 du chapitre II du présent titre et des interdictions prévues au second alinéa de l’article L. 232-15-1 et au premier alinéa de l’article L. 232-17.
