Article L2312-17 of the French Labour Code

The social and economic committee is consulted under the conditions defined in this section on :

1° The strategic orientations of the company ;

2° The economic and financial situation of the company;

3° The social policy of the company, working conditions and employment.

During these consultations, the committee is informed of the environmental consequences of the company’s activity.

Le comité social et économique est consulté dans les conditions définies à la présente section sur :

2° La situation économique et financière de l’entreprise ;

3° La politique sociale de l’entreprise, les conditions de travail et l’emploi.

Au cours de ces consultations, le comité est informé des conséquences environnementales de l’activité de l’entreprise.
