Article L2315-50 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in Article L. 2315-45, in undertakings with at least three hundred employees, an employee housing information and assistance committee is set up within the social and economic committee.

Undertakings with fewer than three hundred employees may group together to form this committee.

En l’absence d’accord prévu à l’article L. 2315-45, dans les entreprises d’au moins trois cents salariés, une commission d’information et d’aide au logement des salariés est créée au sein du comité social et économique.

Les entreprises de moins de trois cents salariés peuvent se grouper entre elles pour former cette commission.
