Article L2315-75 of the French Labour Code

The annual accounts and, where applicable, the documents referred to in Article L. 2315-65, as well as the supporting documents relating thereto, are kept for ten years from the date of closure of the financial year to which they relate.

Les comptes annuels et, le cas échéant, les documents mentionnés à l’article L. 2315-65, ainsi que les pièces justificatives qui s’y rapportent, sont conservés pendant dix ans à compter de la date de clôture de l’exercice auquel ils se rapportent.
