Article L232-18-2 of the French Sports Code

The investigators of the French Anti-Doping Agency may have recourse, for the purposes of an ongoing investigation, to experts registered on a list of legal experts, to the persons mentioned in article L. 232-11 or to competent persons or authorities. These persons may receive remuneration from the French Anti-Doping Agency in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by decision of the College.

The Secretary General of the French Anti-Doping Agency may authorise agents of the World Anti-Doping Agency, of a body recognised by the latter and having similar competencies to its own or of an international sports federation to assist the investigators in their investigations.

Les enquêteurs de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage peuvent recourir, pour les besoins d’une enquête en cours, à des experts inscrits sur une liste d’experts judiciaires, aux personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 232-11 ou à des personnes ou autorités compétentes. Ces personnes peuvent recevoir une rémunération de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage selon les modalités fixées par délibération du collège.

Le secrétaire général de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage peut autoriser des agents de l’Agence mondiale antidopage, d’un organisme reconnu par celle-ci et disposant de compétences analogues aux siennes ou d’une fédération sportive internationale à assister les enquêteurs dans leurs investigations.
