Article L232-19 of the French Sports Code

The agents reporting to the Minister responsible for Sport, the persons approved by the Agency mentioned in article L. 232-11 and the persons authorised to carry out investigations mentioned in article L. 232-18-1 may be requested by the public prosecutor, the investigating judge or the officers or agents of the judicial police to assist them. They shall then take an oath, except where they are sworn in accordance with article L. 232-11.

The persons approved by the Agency, required in application of the previous paragraph, may take samples from any athlete on the premises.

Article L232-19

Les agents relevant du ministre chargé des sports, les personnes agréées par l’Agence mentionnées à l’article L. 232-11 et les personnes habilitées à procéder à des enquêtes mentionnées à l’article L. 232-18-1 peuvent être requis par le procureur de la République, le juge d’instruction ou les officiers ou agents de police judiciaire afin de leur prêter assistance. Elles prêtent alors serment, sauf lorsqu’elles sont assermentées conformément à l’article L. 232-11.

Les personnes agréées par l’agence, requises en application de l’alinéa précédent, peuvent procéder à un prélèvement d’échantillons sur tout sportif se trouvant dans les lieux.
