Article L232-20-1 of the French Sports Code

The French Anti-Doping Agency is entitled to receive from a body recognised by the World Anti-Doping Agency and having similar competencies to its own, information of the nature mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 232-20 and to communicate such information to it.

L’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage est habilitée à recevoir de la part d’un organisme reconnu par l’Agence mondiale antidopage et disposant de compétences analogues aux siennes des informations de la nature de celles mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 232-20 et à lui communiquer de telles informations.
